Players will be required to stand for the National Anthem if they are on the field. They will have the option to stay in the locker room during the anthem, but the team will be fined by the league if the players on the field don’t stand while the anthem is being played.

“I’m glad they came to an agreement in some form or another,” Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott said Wednesday following organized team activities at The Star. “I’ll be out there standing.”

Prescott said he didn’t want to speak for his teammates when asked if he believes some of them will stay in the locker room. Good move, he’s already dug himself a grave, why throw your teammates under the bus. People went on Twitter to vent, and Dak even started blocking people. Being America’s QB isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
