He fell for the deke

Trea Turner got tricked into a double play in the bottom of the 9th of the Nationals loss on Saturday to the Phillies.  Turner took off for second on the pitch and was deked by shortstop Pedro Florimon into thinking there was a throw coming at second.

What happened instead was the pitch was popped up and Turner ended up doubled off of first.  He must not have heard the crack of the bat or his base coach yelling at him to get back to first.

Who knew the fake throw and tag would work on a professional or anyone not in little league?  Turner might need to get his hearing checked.
