Free agent forward Paul George had his knee scoped on Wednesday.  He sent out a picture captioned “Good spirits” from his hospital room.  Nobody was aware of any procedure he was having at the time the picture came out.

Yahoo Sports NBA insider Shams Charania later reported that George Had his left knee scoped and would be sidelined for 6-8 weeks.  It doesn’t appear to be anything serious and he should be ready to go with whatever team he ends up with next year.

George’s team next year is believed by many to be the Los Angeles Lakers.  It will be fun to watch the PG13 sweepstakes this off-season.
