The NFL Players Association filed the grievance on behalf of Reid after Bengals owner Mike Brown reportedly asked if Reid would continue kneeling during the national anthem.

According to the NFL Network, the arbitrator ruled the Bengals were within their rights to ask if Reid would continue to kneel.

Reid was signed by the Carolina Panthers earlier this season.
