The Patriots opened up the Super Bowl with four straight running plays.  The strategy worked and New England moved the ball down the field fairly easily.

They then tried to pass and on Tom Brady’s first attempt, he threw an interception.  The ball was tipped up into the air before a Rams linebacker Cory Littleton came down with it.

You don’t see Brady open a game with an interception that often.

The early turnover didn’t hurt the Patriots, as their defense stopped the Rams and forced a three and out.
