Missouri outfielder Cade Bormet went all out for a foul ball and ended up sliding into a brick wall.  After the collision he wasn’t able to get up and had to be stretchered off the field.

According to reports, Bormet broke an orbital bone and cut his knee.  He was kept in the hospital overnight for observation and was in stable condition.

Someone needs to sit the freshman down and explain to him that he should probably save that kind of effort for balls he actually has a shot at.  Or he can continue to break his face sliding into brick walls.  Good luck Cade.
