Graeme McDowell Forced to Withdraw From Tournament After His Caddie Tested Positive for COVID-19

Another week and another golfer forced to withdraw from a tournament. Graeme McDowell will not be playing in this week's Travelers Championship.

McDowell's caddie Ken Comboy tested positive for COVID-19. Comboy is blaming the positive test on flying on a plane that was packed with people after last week's tournament in Texas.

“For the protection of the field and for my own physical and mental well-being, I’m going to take a test tomorrow morning then jump on a private plane. I’m going to get myself out of here, home to Florida and decide whether I need to quarantine myself from my family.”

We truly can't wait until we're no longer talking about this virus and it fades into the background like the flu. Until that day this will be a daily occurrence.
