When the wife of Tom Brady was starting out in the early 2000s in the modeling biz, she had some bad habits to help her cope with her crippling anxiety.
The 38-year-old Vogue favorite reveals in her new memoir, Lessons: My Path To A Meaningful Life:
Now she is much healthier: The world’s highest paid supermodel turned to yoga and cut out sugar to calm her crippling anxiety which was so extreme at one point it made her want to commit suicide.
