Twins outfielder Tyler Austin, who has been crushing home runs for his new team, fell on his face rounding first base after hitting a home run.  He was tripped up by Tigers first baseman Niko Goodrum.

The Twins would add several more runs and beat the Tigers 11-4.

Although it was momentarily an embarrassing moment for Austin, it was also his 9th home run since being traded to the Twins.  That is good news for Minnesota.

The Twins managed to turn a 31-year-old pitcher into a 27-year-old home run hitter.  The future is bright with this kind of bat in the lineup.
