49ers running back Tevin Coleman was carted off the field in a ton of pain after suffering what was called an elbow injury during the NFC Championship Game.
The injury took place when he tried to brace himself with his arm as he was going to the ground.
That’s a tough injury and given the pain Coleman was in it looks like it might be a serious one.
