DeFilippo was the quarterbacks coach for the Philadelphia Eagles when Foles led the team to a Super Bowl victory over the New England Patriots last February.
It remains to be seen how a team could acquire Foles this offseason, whether he’ll become a free agent or the Eagles will retain his rights to swing a trade.
