Former NFL player Shawne Merriman is being sued for the overdose death of Playboy employee Kimberly Fattorini. She died in 2017 of an overdose of alcohol, cocaine and the club drug, GHB.
Merriman and others are accused of drugging and possibly assaulting Fattorini before her death.
