Florida State QB James Blackmon Forced Out of the Game After Taking a Big Hit

Florida State jumped out to a 21-0 first quarter lead over Louisville before losing quarterback James Blackman to an apparent leg injury.

The Seminoles starting QB was twisted awkwardly as he attempted to avoid a pass rusher and stayed down.

Blackman needed help off of the field and was replaced at quarterback by Alex Hornibrook, who transferred to Florida State after three seasons at Wisconsin.
