Former Dallas Cowboys running back Marion Barber was arrested in Texas on Wednesday on two misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief stemming from a July 2018 incident.
The 36-year-old was booked into the Denton County jail and later posted bond. Each charge carries a possible punishment of up to a year in jail and a $4,000 fine.
