On Friday, news came out that an unnamed Heat player had a medical emergency during their flight from Phoenix to Los Angeles on Thursday night.
For the Heat’s game on Friday night only one player was listed as out due to an illness, Dion Waiters. He is reportedly the one who had the medical emergency.
According to the report, Waiters overdosed on “gummies” and was passed out when plane landed. He then had a seizure.
