Astros manager AJ Hinch was ejected after one pitch in the bottom of the first inning of Friday’s spring training game against the Cardinals. Umpire Angel Hernandez was behind the plate and was in midseason form.
Following the ejection, Hinch went and got his money’s worth. At one point he needed to be held back from going after Hernandez.

Hinch talked to reporters after the game and broke down the moments leading up to his ejection. He also claims Hernandez said a few things that he would only say were unprofessional.
