An unnamed club is showing interest in right-hander Gerrit Cole, according to reports.

Cole has met with the New York Yankees, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Los Angeles Angels, and is expected to exceed a $300-million payday in free agency, which would supplant the Washington Nationals’ and Stephen Strasburg’s reported record-breaking deal for a pitcher.
