Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald is preparing for another strong year in Los Angeles. On Wednesday he posted a video of himself, fairly easily, benching 495 pounds.
Don’t sell yourself short Aaron, it’s 5 plates on each side. Offensive lineman are in some trouble. He’s big, he’s strong, he’s fast and he’s benching damn near 500 pounds.
