Saturday night’s NBA Dunk Contest ended in controversy after Derrick Jones Jr. (who?) was crowned the champion over Aaron Gordon. Many fans who watched felt that Gordon was robbed and it turns out he was.
According to one of the judge’s, rapper Common, Gordon was robbed. His final score of 47 on his fourth and final dunk was supposed to be a 48 which would have tied him with Jones Jr’s score.

The contest then would have gone to judge’s choice. Common didn’t name the judge who screwed it up, but looking at the judge’s reactions when the finals score was handed down, it was Dwyane Wade who screwed it up.
Wade addressed the controversy and didn’t deny that it was his fault.
