The Capitals and Bruins faced off on Thursday night in Boston and there was plenty of action. There were six goals scored in the game and players launched into the opposing team’s bench.
Caps captain Alex Ovechkin scored two goals and tossed Bruins 41-year-old defenseman Zdeno Chara into Washington’s bench for good measure.

The Capitals haven’t fallen off at all since their Stanley Cup run last season. They’re still playing top notch hockey and holding down first place in the Metro Division.
