Former NBA player Amare Stoudemire, who is attempting a comeback, slid into the DMs of a Knicks fan on Instagram to challenge him to a fight. The reason for the fight challenge was a post criticizing the former Knick.
The post includes a picture of Stoudemire with a quote from him saying he signed with the Knicks because of team owner James Dolan. The fan captioned the post with, “Of course you did, he was the only one willing to shell out $100 mil on you and your weak ass knees. FOH with this brainwashed propaganda bullsh*t.”
The fan tagged Stoudemire in the post and that’s when Amare decided to put his comeback on pause for a little back and forth in the DMs. During the exchange Stoudemire makes it clear he wants a face-to-face meeting and implies it will end with fists flying.
You’ve gotta love Amare. So thin-skinned and so willing to jump in the DMs to threaten someone.
