The Browns were all set to prove they were ready for the spotlight by taking down the undefeated 49ers on Monday Night Football. That’s not quite how things played out.
San Francisco stuck it to the Browns and dominated Cleveland from the beginning to the end of the game, in all phases. Things were so ugly that starting quarterback Baker Mayfield was benched.
