Georgia receiver Lawrence Cager dropped a pass as he was trying to haul it in on his way to the ground. The ball can be seen bouncing off the ground before he has full control of it.
The play was ruled a catch, the call was reviewed and somehow upheld. It’s one of the worst reviews in the history of College Football
