Ben Roethlisberger has reportedly spent thousands of dollars at local businesses since the coronavirus pandemic forced businesses to stop operating at full capacity.
The 38-year-old Steelers quarterback bought thousands in $50 gift cards from his favorite ice cream shop. Roethlisberger did similar things at other local businesses, including an Italian restaurant.
Big Ben’s generosity has helped the local businesses keep their doors open as society navigates a voluntary quarantine.
