Bill Belichick has perfected the awkward halftime interview. On Saturday in Tennessee he proved that he is already in mid-season form when it comes to the media.
Belichick released a statement earlier in the day on Josh Gordon’s reinstatement. When he was asked about it during the halftime interview that’s when things got awkward.

The Patriots reporter asked Belichick if he would like to add anything to his statement on Gordon. The Patriots head coach responded by saying, “nope.”
When pushed by the reporter Belichick made it clear he wasn’t going to be answering any questions on the subject, “No, that’s why I put out the statement.”
