Pete Frates, the former College Baseball player who was the inspiration for the Ice Bucket Challenge, died of ALS on December 9th.  He raised millions of dollars from the time of his ALS diagnosis back in 2012 up until his death.

Texans head coach Bill O’Brien went to the same Massachusetts high school as Frates, St. John’s Prep.  He was challenged by the school’s football team to continue the Ice Bucket Challenge.

On Thursday, O’Brien did the Ice Bucket Challenge and challenged a few of his former teammates at St. John’s Prep.
