Bill Walton called the Gonzaga and Iowa State game at the Maui Invitational on Monday night.  As we’ve come to expect, he had a couple of noteworthy moments.

To mark the first time he was calling a Gonzaga game, Walton barked like a Bulldog, as one does when they call their first Gonzaga game.

Later in the game Walton revealed his love of genetics and heredity and it was a magical moment.

Just go ahead and give him all of the broadcasting awards this year.  Walton is a living legend.  I’ll take him over any other broadcaster any day of the week.
