Detroit Pistons power forward Blake Griffin is reportedly considering undergoing season-ending knee surgery.
According to Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports, he will see a specialist this week in Los Angeles to weigh his options.
In his second full season as a member of the Pistons, Griffin has been hampered by an injury to his left knee. He missed the first 10 games of the season and has not played since Dec. 28.
Even when healthy, he has not been as productive as usual with averages of 15.5 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.3 assists in 18 games.
