Bobby Portis went back to back.

But no the kind of stats you want to see.

Tuesday night against the Lakers, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope was going up for a dunk, when Portis whacked him across the face in an attempt to block the basketball.

Portis was called for a flagrant 2 foul and was ejected from the game. He was later fined for the play as well. On Wednesday, Portis apologized to Caldwell-Pope on twitter, stating that the foul was by no means intentional.

24 hours after the initial incident, the Knicks were back on the court. On a very similar looking play, Bojan Bogdanovic was driving to the basket, and Bobby Portis hit him in the face on another attempted block.
