Boise State Star Defensive Lineman Forced to Retire Due to Spinal Fracture

Boise State defensive tackle Sontane Lui, who sat out the Las Vegas Bowl last season with an injury, recently revealed that he suffered a fractured spine and is forced to retire because of it.

Lui started 13 games last season and recorded 49 tackles and 4.5 sacks.  He was named an All-Mountain West Honorable Mention.
