Broncos rookie quarterback Drew Lock had an opportunity during the first preseason game of the year to impress head coach Vic Fangio, he did not.  He went 7-for-11 for just 34 yards in his professional debut.

Lock had trouble moving the ball and his performance left his coach hoping for more.  After the game Fangio was critical of the second-rounder saying, “he’s still got a lot of work to do.”
