Nobody likes a guarantee, let alone before a season even begins.

It’s not necessarily the best thing to do.

But that’s exactly what Browns rookie Greedy Williams did.

Apparently the Browns are concerned about how predictions like that could make them targets and told him to keep that to himself.

Via Ohio.com:

“I like the confidence,” Browns head coach Freddie Kitchens said Friday via the Akron Beacon Journal’s Nate Ulrich. “I like the excitement and the passion that he has. But I think that mantra kind of changed today, right?

″[Our conversation will remain] between him and I, but I don’t know how many predictions he’ll be making.”

The two had a meeting where things were discussed.

One thing’s for sure, the kid has confidence.

This ain’t your grandfather’s Browns team, or even your father’s,  so maybe, just maybe, he may onto something.
