On a 2-2 pitch in the bottom of the ninth as the Phillies trailed, 5-3, Harper hit a 413-foot walk-off grand slam to give his team the W and a three-game sweep over the Cubs.

Harper sprinted around the bases with a huge smile on his face before celebrating with his teammates at home plate.
