Montreal Canadiens forward Paul Byron needed help to the locker room on Tuesday night after a fight with Florida Panthers defenseman Mackenzie Weegar.  The two got into it after exchanging some words and the fight did not last long.

Weegar threw several left hands before catching Byron with an uppercut on the chin that dropped him.   Byron was wobbly on his skates and needed help getting off of the ice.

Byron being unable to skate off the ice by himself isn’t a good sign.  He likely has a concussion and is going to need a few days to recover.

Byron needs to leave the fighting to the pros.  You can’t turtle up and expect to walk away without eating a few punches in the NHL.
