Chargers Jahleel Addae and His Fiancee Lindsey Nelson are Catching Heat for a “More Light Skin Kids” Toast

A video posted to Los Angeles Chargers safety Jahleel Addae’s fiancee Lindsey Nelson‘s Instagram Story has caused the couple some unwanted attention.  

The video shows the couple at a table surrounded by other interracial couples toasting to “more light skin kids.”  The other couples are rumored to be fellow NFL players and their WAGs and Addae’s financial advisor and wife.  

In fact, it’s allegedly the financial advisor who actually says the toast.  Since the toast has started to get some attention, the couple has gone private on Instagram.

While we don’t think anyone meant any harm by the comment, it seems like an innocent comment about them all having for more babies, we also recognize there are some underlying issues that could offend some.
