Philip Rivers picked up and permanently moved his family from San Diego to Florida last month. The Chargers haven’t sent out any indications since the end of the season that they wanted to re-sign him.
On Monday they made it official. The Chargers sent out a post on social media thanking Rivers for his time with the franchise while informing everyone he will be a free agent.
