Former Dolphins running back Mark Walton was released last season following an arrest where he was accused of assaulting a pregnant woman. On Wednesday it was reported that the charges against him had been dropped.
According to Walton’s attorney, the charges against him were dropped after prosecutors chose not to pursue the case. His future in the league is still up in the air as the NFL continues to investigate the incident.
