Everyone wants to talk about Michael Jordan and LeBron James as the greatest basketball players to ever do it, but Charles Barkley has another name to throw in the ring: Kobe “Bean” Bryant.
Barkley does show love to some of the other all-timers, including Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Bill Russell, Wilt Chamberlain and Tim Duncan, but from his perspective, nobody has come closer to MJ than Kobe.
