Rockies outfielder Charlie Blackmon hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the 12th inning to beat the Phillies on Friday night.  The 444 foot bomb was his first of the season.

What a time to hit your first home run of the season.  It came after Bryce Harper put Philadelphia up by a run in the top of the inning with an RBI double. 

The loss for the Phillies and a win by the Mets ties the two teams on top of the National League East.  It’s still early, but the East is stacking up to be a four team race.
