The Bears also announced that prices of individual game tickets for 2020 will continue to vary, with each game assigned to a tier reflecting the quality of the game.

In the letter, Bears President Ted Phillips acknowledged the widespread dissatisfaction that surrounded the 2019 season and said it was imperative for the team to “thoroughly analyze what went wrong and make the necessary corrections for 2020.”

Phillips also referred to the Bears100 Celebration Weekend in Rosemont last June, the unveiling of George Halas and Walter Payton statues outside Soldier Field in September and the opening of a Bears Fit gym in Vernon Hills as “examples of fan-centric celebrations to show our appreciation for your continued support and passion throughout the entire year.”
