The Cowboys moved the ball down the field and setup a field goal attempt on their first drive of Sunday’s game against the Colts in Indianapolis.

The Brett Maher attempt was blocked and recovered by the Colts.  After originally being ruled a touchdown, it was ruled the Colts player who recovered the ball was down by contact.

Overturning the touchdown didn’t make a difference.  The Colts offense took advantage of the great field position and still turned the blocked field goal into a touchdown.

That’s not the start the red hot Cowboys were hoping for.
