The Cowboys–Eagles rivalry is one of the best rivalries in all of sports, and definitely one of the tops in the NFL.
The rivalry has been ranked number one overall in the NFL in 1992 and 2014, characterized by bitterly contested games that are typical of the NFC East.
Sometimes things can get testy in the stands.
Last Sunday night, the Philadelphia Eagles had the grand opportunity to increase their playoff chances and simultaneously put the Dallas Cowboy playoff chances in the dumpster with just one win.It wasn’t meant to be as the hated Cowboys came into a hostile environment and left with a W. The players weren’t the only ones dealing with a hostile environment. One lone Dallas Cowboys fan was in the stands repping his team, when an Eagles fan told him to sit down.That’s when the Cowboys fan basically challenged him and the entire section to make him sit down.
