Daniel Cormier made history on Saturday night at UFC 230 when he defeated Derrick Lewis to retain his heavyweight title.

After joining Conor McGregor as the only fighters in UFC history to hold two world titles simultaneously, he became the first fighter to defend both.

That’s an impressive feat that almost didn’t happen.  Following the fight, DC told the media that the fight was almost called off.  On Saturday morning the 39-year-old champ threw his back out sneezing.

It sounds like Cormier might have picked the wrong sport.  A sneeze would have a baseball player out of the lineup for a minimum of a week.
