The Texans unexpectedly traded star receiver DeAndre Hopkins to the Cardinals this offseason.  On a livestream this weekend someone told Hopkins he wasn’t going to add to his Hall of Fame numbers in Arizona.

Hopkins laughed off that comment and pointed out with a savage shot that he put up some big numbers with some lesser quarterbacks throughout his career, “if I can do it with Brock Osweiler, I can do it with anybody.”

Second year quarterback Kyler Murray is far from being Deshaun Watson, but he’s much closer to Watson than a guy like Osweiler is.

Here’s a reminder of the quarterbacks Hopkins played with before Watson took over as the Texans quarterback: Ryan Mallett, T. J. Yates, Matt Schaub, Brian Hoyer, Tom Savage, Case Keenum, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Brandon Weeden and, of course, Brock Osweiler.
