Memphis forward Dillon Brooks is, according to our source, spending some time back in his hometown of Toronto this off-season.
That’s where he was spotted sharing what what looks like a joint with one of his friends as they walked down the street.
Brooks can be seen holding something in his hand, putting it up to his mouth and passing it to his buddy who does the same.
