The first day of a three day event to celebrate the retirement of Dwyane Wade’s No. 3 Heat jersey took place on Friday night in South Beach. It featured a performance of Wade’s new single “Season Ticket Holder” with Rick Ross.
The Heat also officially put Wade’s number in the rafters at American Airlines Arena for the unveiling later in the weekend. Apparently there needs to be a day of celebration for each ring he won in Miami.
