Ed McCaffrey, the father of Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey, was hired as the head coach of Northern Colorado. This is the former NFL receiver’s first coaching job at the college level
McCaffrey has coached Valor Christian high school in Colorado for the past two seasons. In his two years at the school they only lost two games.
