Last night, Pat and Emmitt Smith attended Albertsons annual All Star Gala where they were awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for their community service.
In his speech, Emmitt recognized Jason Witten and Dak Prescott as fellow leaders in our community and said he will be honored to present Jason with the Roger Staubach Award at the upcoming 9th Annual Emmitt Smith Celebrity Invitational Gala next month.
In her speech, Pat shared that a defining moment for her was when her mother passed away and she felt lost and disconnected, and a friend created a safe space for her and her daughter. Now she is turning that pain into purpose and helping other women get second changes and by providing support services, through her work with Treasure You.
