Eric Reid was the first player to join Colin Kaepernick’s National Anthem protests. He hasn’t experienced the blackballing that his former 49ers teammate has since 2016.
When his former team participated in the social media trend Blackout Tuesday, Reid called them out. He said they meant to participate in “Blackball Tuesday.”
