ESPN’s Mina Kimes was a guest on “The Dan LeBatard Show with Stugotz” on Friday morning. While there she was asked several questions about the history of her employer.
Kimes knew almost none of the answers. In fact, if you grew up a sports fan you likely know a ton more about ESPN than she does.
What a sad performance. How do you grow up a sport’s fan and know this little about ESPN?
Before the internet really took off, they were literally The Worldwide Leader in Sports. Even today they still have a giant footprint on the sports landscape.
It sounds like she wasn’t really a huge sports fan growing up. She’s been exposed.
